4 month old Easter Egger

Chip has been making me a little anxious with those tail feathers... born 4/19/16, pictures taken today, so almost 19 weeks old. You folks are so good at this..... boy or girl?

(The other two chickens are same-age -- a production red and another EE that seems reasonably girlish to me.)

See, this is why I like EE so much, and don't understand when folks get all bent out of shape about EE being sold as Ameraucana. I'd take her over a plain black bird any day of the week!

Thank you! She's been so pretty all along that I've worried about her being a boy although I didn't think she was... but the tail feathers were making me question it. Now I'll stop running outside to listen hard for crowing attempts every time the girls get talky.

She is just a gorgeous bird - and sweet as pie, to boot.
