4 month old rooster eye and ear injury

My young rooster got into the bigger chicken pen and his eye is swollen shut and his ear is slightly bloody. His other side is fine. He is not making any noise he's keeping his head up and can stand. What can I do for him?

HELP!!!!

Keep him separated for a few days and put triple antibiotic ointment or terramycin eye drops in his eye. Hopefully his eye will heal without any damage but it is hard to know that yet.

If it's just a peck wound on the ear flap, put triple A on that too. He'll heal just fine. If something is wring inside his ear, that's different.
