I think the first one is a boy and maybe the last one too. I'm going by the crest. With boys it fans out to the sides and with girls it is more like a rounded puff

Just an update:
Freddy crows like crazy. Fro Fro and Martha haven't laid any eggs...yet. Charlie is just odd. No signs that he/she is a roo, but looks nothing like what male OR female black crested white polish looks like (in regard to the crest/top hat) in pictures that I have seen. Also her/his cluck is very low almost like his/her squeaker is broke!

I am going to go against the current, I think Charlie is a cockerel, as is Freddy, but the other two are definitely pullets.
And yes, Charlie is a Black Crested White.

I have a Polish like that. She kept me guessing until AFTER she laid an egg. I thought she was a boy even when she laid her first egg.
