What do you think, are these little ones roosters? They are 4 weeks old. They are developing combs while the others are not

Too young to tell for sure, but they do look like cockerels

Looking like they probably are going to be cockerels. Much too soon to know though. Post updated pics in 2 weeks.

Also, they are EE's.
