Could you get face pics? This is a 20 week Black ameraucana pullets comb:

Is it possible if you could get more clear pictures of their combs? Males have three rows on their comb, females don’t.

Depends on the bird. I've seen females with 3 rows on their combs, too.

Yes, but it’s not as noticeable as a male. And most of the time they do not have 3 rows unless they are a EE.

My later developing one had one row at 8 weeks but is still a cockerel.
