4-Week Mystery!

I got this cutie (Darth Maulette) at one week old from a feed store who purported him/her to be a Barred Rock (obviously not!). He/she was in a trough with Welsummer and Brown Leghorn chicks, so maybe that’s the breed? I’m also concerned about the big pink comb at only 4 weeks and thinking I have a little roo. Appreciate any help/thoughts!

Definitely a cockerel, earlobe color and body type can be used to differentiate between Brown Leghorn and Welsummer once he matures more

Thanks everyone! We love him, but can’t have roosters. Luckily we have a good friend with a farm who could easily add him to the mix. Or the feed store said they’ll take him back and re-home him!
