4 week old bantam, guesses on breed and sex?

Got 4 bantam at North 40. Straight run. One rooster already rehomed, but this one I'm not sure of breed or sex. Any help appreciated.

Mille Fleur d'Uccle, and at 4 weeks it looks like you have a cockerel.

There isn't much color to the comb, but I believe d'Uccle pullets don't grow such a comb so quickly. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on the comb.

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. Been watching for wattles, but nothing yet. How old before wattles start really showing?

If it's a cockerel, I would imagine they should start showing in the next week or two.
