4 week old barred plymouth rock rooster or???

He's a cockerel for sure. Also a Barred Rock.

Just trying to learn, we have 2 barred rock "pullets" from TSC. Why is this a cockrel???

Well... at not quite 3 wks we have combs, but they are very small. Both chicks are dark, dark wash on top of feet and up legs.
