I recieved this bantam from my neighbor who got it from a teacher where she works. All I know about it is she got it from Rural King and about 4 weeks ago. I am not good with bantam identification yet, so would appreciate help with this. I also have 3 week old Golden Sebrights. Any idea on gender or too early?

your black chick is very ambiguous looking

And as for the sebrights, it will likely be a long time before you'll be able to tell them apart. Male and female sebrights are very similar even as adults. You might have to wait till they start crowing. And even then, I have a sebright hen that crows from time to time. You might want to observe their behavior. I had two I thought were roosters for no reason other than their behavior was more agressive. Turned out I was right, you might get an idea that way.

I have a 4 week old just like her and i have no clue what breed she is either i call her a she because she has a tiny little comb

Its a bantam I dont think they have BLS in bantam size. She may be a little older than 4 weeks But I dont think so. Just going by what my neighbor told me. She was taken out of the bantam bin at Rural king. I looked on Cackle site but didnt see her at day old so I cant tell for sure what she may be. I was thinking maybe Dutch?
