4 week old chicks

It seems one of my chicks is a rooster! He has had larger and redder wattles sprouting in for the past few days while my other chick has very little wattle growth. So, I’m thinking of putting both of them in the coop, getting two new chicks, and raising them to be fully feathered out. Once they go out in the coop, I will take the rooster to a friend who has a larger flock. (A) Is it easy to introduce slightly younger chicks to slightly older chicks in the coop? (B) is the larger wattles even indication of a male or just a rapidly developing female?
 
We need pictures. I had a chick develope wattles early. Shes a pullet.
Here is the bird I’m pretty sure is a male and the other that is definitely female
