4 week old polish walking issue

I have a 4 week old polish chick that is having some sort of leg issue. She still runs around but lays a lot more than others. Any idea? Deform from birth?

Is the leg band too tight?

I'd start giving her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.

Hard to tell if she's got a developmental issue with the leg or not.
