4 week old with huge comb - cockerel?

26 of the pullets in our order have almost non-existent combs at this point (4 weeks of age), and then there is this one BO with a huge comb that is starting to turn pink. On top of that it is chest bumping and fighting with the rest constantly. Cockerel?
