4 week olds

It's going to be in the 80s this week with lows in the 60s. Our chicks are 4 weeks old. I'm putting them out, but am wondering if they should have a heat source. They have been without heat for 2 wks, in our house that maintains 70-72 temperature. They are thriving and are ready to move out of their brooder (their words, not mine )
So should I have one in their coop with them? Or if we get a cold snap, which we will since our winters are so unpredictable, should I just have one set up in case? Thanks in advance.

No. They’ll be fine. They’ll get use to the weather quickly and adapt to it, such as feathering in faster.

Just put a huddle box out with them that is large enough for them all to get inside and is sheltered from wind blowing inside the box. They'll be fine.
