Any thoughts on gender
The first Australorp is quite a bit bigger than the other. Hoping for a hen as she is such a sweetie.

Looks like a pullet.
Araucana at 4 weeks
My guess would be pullet, but the comb is a little large.
Australorp
Cockerel, based off of light coloring and comb/wattle size.
Dark barred Plymouth Rock
Guessing cockerel.

Post some more photos in a few weeks for a better guess on their gender.

Not an Araucana, as it has a tail. Probably an Ameraucana or Easter Egger. Not 100% sure (those breeds are hard to sex), but I'm going to say pullet.
Araucana at 4 weeks
Guessing pullet based on comb size (not too big/red) and feathering.
Australorp
Going to say cockerel because of the large/red comb and light coloring.
Dark barred Plymouth Rock
Probably cockerel, as the comb is large and it is clearly feathering in more slowly than the other chicks (a common cockerel trait).

4 weeks is pretty young. The barred bird is a rooster, and the 4th bird may be, but it's early. I'm not sure that's an Aussie, though, I've never seen one have that much white on the head/neck.

The Australorp were either blue , black or splash colour so that's probably why, I bought fertilised eggs hence the three types of chickies.
I will definitely post in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the input!!

These are the same chicks nearly 7 weeks old

This is the same breed as the first chick, very skittish but so very cute.

50/50 could go either way

pullet

just my guesses :)
the redness in the face, comb, and wattles is what I am going on. females won't turn red in the face until they are close to laying eggs (around 16-24 weeks depending on breed)

Pullet, I think but am not positive
roo
Still thinking roo based on that light color, but not much comb?

pullet

I'd forgot about b/b/s Australorps. I'm sure we have them in the US (maybe, do we?) but they're pretty uncommon. for us it's basic black.

I'm in Australia so I'm not sure , I'm just a newbie to this chicken stuff.
Well it's looking like my two favourite are boys :(
