I know when my cat was sick, we had to pop open omega 3 supplements, basically capsules of fish oil, on his pills to get him to eat them. Makes me wonder if the fish oil supplements would also work for the duckling?

Muscovy are actually not real Ducks but another species...Sometimes they don't get along with Mallard or other types of Ducks..Put a mirror in with the Duckling and get some Starter feed that is good for Ducklings..

fatty fish is loaded with protein,omega 3s and vitamins. Eggs have the amino acids in proper balance to facilitate absorption. The only thing I don't like about the fish, is it's not as strong on the niacin front as something like liver.

Maybe try poking it with your finger in front of her to get her curious enough to take a nibble?

You can in a desperate situation make it some Oatmeal cereal and serve as s soupy mix...You can mash peas into it too....
