4 weeks old Cayuga not growing much

No more oats please.

Sonny boy cereal can also be used if needed.. Not always but can be used if desperate ...it's a Duckling not a Chick...

Even though oats aren't the best, my Silkies love getting a bowl of oats, rice and pasta mixed in with food scraps as a treat, along with a slice of bread every now and then. They are still popping out eggs, 5 a day out of 8 laying hens which is really good for winter, so I know I am doing something right.

Being the OP is waiting for feed to be delivered the Duckling needs something..Being hungry is not an option..

Agree, but excess oats inhibit nutrient absorption, what it needs is protein, amino acids along with some good fat.

Yes...But if Baby is hungry?..feed it...Was not recommended as a life long feed..

Maybe mix some of the fish into the oats? So while it is somewhat different, it is still familiar enough for her to possibly eat it? That way she gets filled, and also gets some nutrition.
