40 foot shipping container

I have a 40 shipping container that I am considering using as as coop. It was refrigerated so it is insulated and it has a large bole at the front end where the freezer unit was. It would make a good window.
Your thoughts on this?

40'x8'? You could fit 80 chickens in there if you wanted. That's a massive coop!

Lucky me!! I have 45 chicks with another 15 on the way. I also have 4 turkeys and 9 ducklings.

Haha! I love the idea! Previous research I've done on shipping containers states that the wood floor in many of them will need to be either stripped out or thoroughly sealed and covered with a second floor. Those floors are treated with heavy chemicals in order to avoid transporting insects and other nasty critters.

I've never seen a refrigerated shipping container before... pictures?
