40 hours since pip

I have a silkie that has been pipped 35+ hours it's alive but not able to get out for some reason, maybe its late.
I tried to help a bit but it started bleeding so i put it back in.
It was rolling around a bit this morning due to its newly hatched sisters running over it.
What should i do?
Im worried it cant get out

Did the chick pip where the air sac was or do you think it’s malpositioned? Most of my delayed hatched are because of this. The membrane does look like it’s drying out. When did you see the blood?
