Ok,I bought me an incubator finally, and I was reading the instructions.. Weird right? It says the last 3 days to unplug the turner,And remove the turner,And lay the eggs on the metal rack that is under the turner... A) there is nothing metal under my turner, B) The eggs are upright with the pointed end down in the turner, And I was under the impression that you were not supposed to turn the eggs very much and if I lay them on their sides they would most likely roll... Am I overthinking this???

I have the exact same incubator... for part A there should be a plastic mesh screen (not metal). For part B they’ll possibly roll together as soon as you set them in but eventually they’ll all be wedged against something and won’t move. Everything will be just fine I wouldn’t worry about them! Hope this helps

A couple of comments, hens rarely place their eggs on their pointy ends while incubating them and if you think they roll around when you place them on the plastic mat, wait until soccer practice starts after the first couple of chicks hatch.
