Oh, I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry to hear they sound so traumatized as well! I'm glad they're staying close to home though!
That's so weird.  If you find the problem, please let us know.  You did do a head count, right?  Make sure they're all there?
Oh, the males won't lay eggs, you know...........   (jk)  (couldn't resist my dorky sense of humor )
Ugh, I blame the season.  I have eggs coming from just 50 miles away, they should have arrived yesterday, but didn't.  If they're not here tomorrow, then they'll be MIA too......... Mail usually gets here from anywhere in California next day.
Blah!  Yah......ugh, what can be said?  I just hope they're found and sent on ASAP!

I have noticed that some of my eggs after they have been sitting for a day or so look porous. Especially the lighter eggs. What does this mean? Are they still good for hatching?

I'm also wondering if anyone knows the answer to this question.

My eggs didn't come today either...    I was hoping to have them so they could sit for a bit before I put them in the bator...

This is killing me!!! 

GAH!!! Post Office WHY YOU HATE ME?!!?!?!? I have 4 boxes of eggs due to arrive TODAY! Tracking number online says there are 2 out for delivery but post man ALREADY CAME!! Brought me junk mail :'( 

Will they still come today?! Am I doomed to stand on the brink of excitement looking out over the precipice of DOOM!? WHYYYYYYYYYYY!!??!?? 

'Why You Hate Me?' Hee hee. I knew I'd find some company here with my lack of eggs. They were supposed to arrive on the 8th : (.

But hey, it's OK. Even if they don't get here until Tuesday! I refuse to stress!! I will just put them in the bator without the turner on for the first three days and cross my fingers.

msladyhawke --What did you get?? (It is really fun to hear what breeds everyone is setting)

I got mine today also - BlueCM Roo, several hens incl Ameraucana & BCM (which I think most of the eggs are as they are choc.).

Your eggs come sexed? Where ARE you finding sexed eggs, I need me some chickens like that. Roo eggs = omelet.

My test hatch is over and my bator is cleaned out and airing out while I wait for when I get to load it up for the NYD hatchalong,
