I am going to be hatching some of our polish eggs the pullet recently started laying. I have a white rooster and a buff or red hen. Does anyone have a picture of a mix of these two?I am curious of what they will look like?

After waiting a month for the incubating to start up, my work schedule changed and I ended up being gone at noon yesterday. Thankfully, I have two junior chicken keepers who were up to the task of starting the gestating!

GO GO SPOOKY NUMBER!! GOOD LUCK ON YOUR HATCH!! What breeds do you have in there? WHAT SUPER RARE OR INTERESTING BREEDS DOES EVERYONE ELSE HAVE GOING DURING THIS HATCH ALONG?

This year I am asking good old St Nick for a farm so I can swim in a sea of chickens, sheep, and DUCKLINGS!!!
She had some silkies, Wyandottes, Araucanas, leghorns, rhode island reds, plymouth rock chickens, something that didn't have fur around it's neck.... she has like 30 chickens, and she's not 100% sure what males were with what females... so it's a grab bag! LOL The only one we know for sure is she has her Bantams in a seperate pen, so the one really small egg is a Bantam. :D

Much more fun when the whole family gets involved. My 17 yr. old daughter has helped me out more than she will ever know.
