Okay, well, I answered my own question. I was in the wrong paypal account, and that $14.78 was what I had to pay to ship packages out, not the payment, lol. BUT, I'm lost with paypal anyways... They will no longer let me use the payer's money to ship their item... It used to be that I could pay straight through paypal and use the shipping portion of the buyer's payment to pay for the shipping... Now it's not letting me do that and is making me wait 21 days to touch that money at all... There are many times that I don't have ANY money, so how in the sam heck would I ship a package if I can't ship it through paypal with the buyer's payment?!

Are the payers paying with e-pay, or whatever, instead of instant transfer? That makes you not get the money right away.

Nope, it's "instant". I finally found something that leads to help... It says that if I have less than 25 sales on ebay, or it's been less than 90 days since my first successful transaction, they'll have this crap on there... However, I believe I have more than 25 sales on ebay, and I've had these accounts for closer to three or four years, maybe longer, and used ebay for many transactions since then. I don't have any disputes or anything either, so why are they withholding funds? I could at least understand their previous practice of holding money, less the shipping fees, if paid through paypal, but this is ridiculous... How on earth am I supposed to pay for shipping if I have no money?!

Thats weird the only time I have to wait for my money is when I transfer money people send to paypal to my bank account then I wait an avrage of 3 days till its switched from pay pal to my account

When you goto ebay and click ship it will ask if you want to pay TODAY or pay when the funds become available. Select the second, print the shipping label and off ya go.

I did. I shipped directly from the link connected to that payment, ship now, printed and it took the money from my bank account, which is just freaking great. I now have a whopping $8 in there because paypal wouldn't let me deduct it from the buyer's payment. What crap. I'm ready to hit the freaking lottery (but not ready to buy a ticket, so not sure how that's going to work out, lol), finish school and start working for more than just to pay daycare. GRRRR! Some stages of life can certainly be trying!!!
