I'm no expert... but I would say try to help if they won't chirp... but it may be to late... but if they are chirping give them time... I assisted my one little egg yesterday, and she had pipped 24 hours before, and had shrink wrapped... As long as you have your humidity up where it should be, and they can chirp, they should be ok.  make sure you read the post about HOW to assist before you try, and be patient... I took over three hours to get my little one out, and then after that it was only MOSTLY out, and I put it in the bator for another hour or so to 'finish up'
humidity is at 70% and before lock down was abot 35-40

As long as nobody pipped before lock down when the humidity was low, I would bet they pipped and are soaking up the yolk... I had one pip about 12 hours ago, and it's doing the same. I think it's probably about ready, but it's just a waiting game. They get quiet when they are absorbing the yolk sack, that's a lot of effort for such a little guy! then they need to heal over the spot where they absorbed it THEN they'll come out. :) As long as your humidity is up that high, and they've pipped, I'd leave them be. :)

Ya, the only reason I helped mine was because it was the first to pip, pipped in the side, not the air sac, and two others had hatched. She had pipped over 24 hours before I tried to help, and the humidity had dropped right before it pipped (I have other eggs that are not in lock down that needed turning.)... she was shrink wrapped, but I still waited the 24 hours, because she was chirping, and I didn't want to open her before she was done absorbing the yolk... and even after the 24 hours, I was very hesitant to help, because I didn't want to make things worse.

i havr on that pipped low on the egg just a small raise in thw shell. But no chirping or movement from that egg since think it may be gone. Idk how to help and the link i clicked on didnt work. So i was unable to see how to do so

Look what I just found in my bator! :D Chick #4. This one has the same coloring as my assisted hatch silkie chick, but no head bump.... but it DOES have the extra toes. ^.^
