YAY!!! Yours hatched better than mine did & mine weren't shipped. They were from the same pens I sent yours out of. Out of 6 I had 1 clear, 2 hatched & 3 died in shell. I had a lot of temp fluctuations though. Lost all of my scovies but 1 & none of the chickens hatched from that bator either. Opps, I still have 1 chick trying to hatch. It was due 2 days ago but was delayed by temps dropping in my bators. I have another 24 quail in staggered to hatch 1/1 thru 1/11. Hopefully they will fare better. Pulled a bunch of NTD eggs tonight. Apparently 1 of my shipments got too cold, no development at all, & the other was affected by temp fluctuations, dead babies. I'm down to less than 50% of my NYD eggs left already.
Oh no.. I ordered some buff laced sebrights and out of the 17 eggs only one with growth when I candled yesterday and they live in the same state as I do! I recently upgraded to a GQF digital sportsman, it was hard to spend that kind of money but it has really been paying itself off with amazing hatch rates. I am in love with this incubator!! I am rooting for you and your hatches!YAY!!! Yours hatched better than mine did & mine weren't shipped. They were from the same pens I sent yours out of.
