Yes, I'm in the US. Just an extreme nightowl, LOL!
A reptile lamp sounds promising, as long as you can keep a watch to make sure she doesn't show signs of getting too hot.
DE isn't the best thing for preventing creepy crawlies. Not the worst, but not the best. Though I've seen reports that say now that one shouldn't use it at all around birds due to the dust possibly getting in their lungs and injuring the. So, not sure what to tell you about that. Either way, since there's no sign of beasties, you can hold off until this crisis is over with.
The temp is still within the normal range, so I'd not worry about that. I was more concerned with the chance she might have been running a fever, so that's a great bit of news to me, actually!
Try one more time to get some liquids in her, see if you can get another syringe in her. After that, it's sort of up to you and her. If she's managed to get enough liquids in her to be able to feel some in her crop, that'll be half the battle. If she's resting comfortably after the next syringe, you could take time to get a nap in and then try again in a few more hours. I'd be leery of bugging her too much overnight, though, since sleep is also a good restorative. That's what I'd do if I were you, at least. Then start in again bright and early in the morning.
Perhaps someone else will chime in soon with more advice. But you're definitely on the right track, now, doing the best you can for her. As for me, think I'm gonna plug in a Doctor Who episode and snuggle in to bed, LOL! Best of luck with her overnight, and I will check in once I've gotten some ZZZ's.
