5 1/2 Week Old Bresse Chicks

I have three 5 1/2 week old Bresse chicks and I would like to know if it’s possible to tell the sex yet or if I need to wait a few more weeks.

At 5 1/2 weeks, with those wattles, they all look like guys to me.

They all look like boys with those red waddles, and only being 5.5 weeks.

That's a lot of wattle for 5.5 weeks, to be sure, but I'm not convinced they're all male just yet.

Should be more obvious in a few weeks.

Some do have pretty red wattles, but don't give up hope.
I recently saw a 'roo' on a local advertising site, and was very tempted to grab it, but my better self won over me and I politely informed them was a very pretty hen.
