5.5 week old Black Australorp pullet or cockerel

Hatched 7/13 were supposed to all be pullets but this one has a larger comb than the other 2. It’s not super red though. Do you think pullet or cockerel?

This was my first time ordering from Ideal, I know I am small potatoes and this was my first order but their policy On sexing makes me a little bit irritated. Looks like I probably have 2 male out of 10 which is of course less than 90% accurate but I ordered fewer than 25 chicks so I’m out of luck I guess? Just seems like they wouldn’t be terribly incentivized to give me all pullets with a small order.
