Said I was going to be more patient this time but nope 5-6 weeks curiousity in comparison getting best of me. I’m trying to learn.
1. black copper marans - threads of copper on back neck, light white/yellow comb, no wattle.
2. blue copper marans - no copper unless squint and maybe thread on neck but area more feathers coming in, pale pink comb, no wattle.
3. blue cuckoo marans 7 weeks for comparison already thread determined cockerel.
no 2 most in question bc no where near comparison to no 3 suspicious at 3 weeks had feeling w muscular shape and comb too but not no 2.
compare 1 and 2 see difference but not sure few days/week or color type to account for it as otherwise same.
off topic do marans eat more or are messier throwing as much out as eat bc clearly my adhd chicks?
