It definitely looks like a pullet. I had a lavender oprington that I just got rid of couple weeks ago, and his feathers in the back were a lot different. The males also get long feathers around their head to the base of their body, so you definitely got a girl

Do you have anymore updated photos of the Black chicken? I noticed it has feathered feet so you could try to find out its breed based on that! If its sold by tractor supply chain then its less likely it would be a cross so you could look into black chicken breeds with feathered feet
