5 day old chick not well

Hi everyone,

I'm very new to the joy of raising chicks and have recently hatched 2 babies through the incubation process. One is doing very well, however the other newly hatched chick who has pasty butt which I have treated but also has a dark large lump to the right and a bit below her bottom. The chick is chirping a lot and it gets very loud, obviously painful when it poops, also can't sit or lay down so isn't resting much at all, I'm very concerned. I have included a pic of the lump (treated the pasty butt just after) lump is dark and to the right of the dried poo in the pic, I would really appreciate any advice as I am a first time mum...

Can't really see it in the picture but if it is dried poop try with a warm towel cleaning its butt but I'm not sure what it is if it is not poop

It's not external, it's an internal dark lump, I'll try to take a better pic in the morning, thanks for your quick response.
