It's kind of hard to see in the pictures

Cute baby!
The swollen part looks like her crop, what do you feed your chick, including any treats?
Do you provide a source of grit (crushed granite) for your chicks?

The standing up and wiggling the body may be adjusting the crop. Is the chick pooping?

I agree, looks like your baby is not processing the food properly. The wiggling is discomfort. One of our girl (grown hen) had the same issue and we basically had to make her throw up the sour crop. Not sure with babies, but all we gently flipped her, head down and let her empty her crop. Smell is not pleasant. Maybe separate her from the other and watch her diet a few days.
Adding some apple cider vinegar to the water also helps.

Thank you! The first 2 days I scrambled them some eggs. My car was in the shop and I wasn't able to get out and get starter feed, but that is what they have now. I have 3 young children who like to throw table scraps in the run for the chickens, I have the mama and the chicks separate inside the building, the boys did get in there once and gave them a little honey bunches and oats. I am not sure about if the chick is pooping, I will have to separate it and see.
Thank for your input, I am very new to chickens

Probably just a very full crop. Since this little one is with a broody, I would check it tonight, then first thing in the morning - see that the crop has emptied overnight. Momma probably has shown them dirt with grit, but I like to cover may bases, so I do provide chick grit for babies.

Thank you I will give that a try when my husband gets home. Theyare just so little I don't want to hurt them by doing the wrong things

Oh lord, I certainly don't want that to happen. I didn't even know what a crop was I had to Google it.. and thank you very much I will update you in the morning.
Keep us posted. I think she's just a big eater. Chicks can really look out of balance when they eat.
Now, if you see that she's not active - she's acting lethargic and not romping around with Mom and the other chicks please let us know about that too.
