Keep us posted. I think she's just a big eater. Chicks can really look out of balance when they eat.
Now, if you see that she's not active - she's acting lethargic and not romping around with Mom and the other chicks please let us know about that too.

Another thing - please do not attempt to vomit the chick if the crop is not empty in the morning. Let us know and we will help you with that. Vomiting a chicken should be the last resort, imho, you risk them aspirating fluids/foods and they get aspiration pneumonia and even possibly choke to death.

Agreed, we did it with a grown hen that was showing discomfort for a few days. Sometimes when it stays in the crop too long you have to get it out one way or the other.

Update:
Checked on the baby this morning. I do still see a slight lump, however, it has went down tremendously. Im so glad, I was worried probably for nothing!
