5 day old-won't open eyes. How do I feed it?

I some chicks via mail 3 days ago. There was a little bullying initially, but it stopped. I noticed one chick was weak so I started giving it water with vitamins with a paint brush. I just noticed it wasn't eating so I tried the paint brush method with some yogurt but when I picked it up both it's eyes were shut? How do I teach it to eat/drink? What do I feed it?

Could you post a photo of the chick ?
Does around its eyes look wet ?
I had a chick hatch out with membrane stuck around its eyes keeping them shut. I used luke warm water with a face cloth to get it off.

I called a vet and they said temporarily mixing the food with water and hand feeding will work, but I gotta figure out how to teach this guy to feed himself if it doesn't clear up.
