5 Month old Broody hen

I have a 5-6 month old Plymouth barred rock/Dixie rainbow hen, that decided she wants to be a mom. I can have up to 30 chickens in my area, so I gave her 1 egg to hatch to see if she'll be good mom. She's being a really good mom so far, keeping other hens away, but she's off the nest right now dirt bathing. It's been getting up into the 100's, I have a big water bucket right next to the nest, and I've read that when it gets hot they'll get off the egg(s) more often. She's been off for about 40 minutes. Do you think she's still broody?

Hard to tell, but it is not uncommon for hens to stay off the nest longer when it is excessively hot - especially if the coop or nest location is very hot.

I think she's not broody anymore... But I have a Rhode island red hen that's also broody so I just gave her the egg.
