Hello all my lovely chicken people!
Recently my absolute baby, Gary, my 5 month old double barred polish rooster hasnt been crowing as much. He acts normal. Just like he always has acted, but instead of crowing around 630-730am and thru the day and before bed time, he hasnt been. I've checked him over, no mites, no fleas, he's not acting like he has gapeworm, he eats fine. I give them fresh water every day. They get scratch and 20%protein crumble. I give them vegetables and fruit as well. I live in florida and it's been very hot so I've been making sure they stay hydrated, but it's just bothering me that Gary hasn't crowed. I don't know if I'm going crazy or if his wattles look a little pale. His poop is fine. Everything is fine. Just no crowing. The 1st picture is today and the second is about a month ago.
