5 months and I'm still not sure!

We got some Americana pullets at TSC last spring. A couple of weeks later they had some more. My daughter begged for one because it had a heart shaped outline on its head. It's color are not like the first four. They are all shades of red/brown. This one looks like a confetti party and I'm still not sure if it's a roo or pullet. Any help would be so appreciated.

I totally believe you, but for my education, how can you tell? I had an easier time figuring out the silkies.

The coloring... specifically the rusty red in his shoulder area.

Colors, comb, hackle feathers all say "boy"

Are there pullets that are colorful or are they usually one main color like my red girls? If I see chicks, can I tell they may be boys if their down is more mottled? All our girls looked like Chipmunks when they were little.
