5 week old Barnevelder won't grow feathers.

At first I was thinking failure to thrive. He's getting bigger, but he has no feathers and the few he does have, seem to be coming in at weird angles. He eats, drinks, poops and plays with the others. We've put electro lights in his water and given him vitamins and extra protein since day one. The people we got him from were certified breeders w/no Frizzles in their flock. What is up with this little guy?

Here's a pic with his brooder mates. All hatched the same day, by the same people, in an artificial incubator and never exposed to any other chickens.

I know roosters get feathers late, it might just be that... But I do know there is an abnormality associated with that....

Well, he's been handled so much since day one, now he's a very calm chicken and makes for a perfect model for my chicken pictures! Lol
