5 week old chick has leg problems.

I just noticed that a chick has problems walking, when I pick him up his legs go in different directions.He seemed ok until today. I thought the spraddle leg only happened in young chicks, or is this something different? Please help!!

How old is this baby? What kind of flooring is it on? Can you post a pic? It does sound like spraddle and if it is, you can find all the info on here by looking for solutions to that. Usually a bandaid applied correctly will do it.

He is five weeks old. They are on cedar chips, and hay. I cannot figure out how to post pictures, still trying. I took his picture and was watching him, he can walk a few steps and then lays down. the other chicks can knock him down easy. His feet are closed like a fist and he seems wobbly, like his legs won't hold him up!
