5 week old Cochin bantam pullet or cockerel?

I think this little one might be a cockerel and that makes me sad because it’s so adorable!!!! What does everyone be think?

No, I can’t keep roosters where I live, only hens.

Aww it's so sad isn't it, I wish people were more tolerant of these wonderful boys. I understand people don't want to be woken early though.....but during the day I don't know...
