about five weeks ago I purchased 4 baby chicks form the feed store.
Today my dogs attacked all of them. One is alive but injured.
No puncture marks, she can stand and walk, but she is really wobbly, and she falls over when ever she looks down. She is drinking, eating and pooping normally.
My question is where do I go from here?
I've read that you need to keep them about the same age, but I also read that chickens do best in groups of three or more, so do I buy more day old chicks, and if I do how do I introduce them into the flock of one?
