The three bigger girls (I hope) are 5 weeks old today. I'm fairly sure they are all girls, but what do you think?

Daisy (BO)

Pansy (BA)...I was a little worried about this one, but her comb and wattles are a very light pink, and haven't gotten any bigger the last week or two.

Cordelia (BR)...Her comb has always been a little bigger than the other two, but it has stayed a deep yellow, no signs of pink or red. Her wattles are a light pink, about the same as Pansy's.

They look like pullets to me but I am still new at this. The BO is quite pretty. I hope to get one one of these days when I next do subtraction and additions with my chicken math...

Daisy is a super sweet chicken. She never went through that ugly phase, just got all fluffy and beautiful!
Here's a good picture I got of her last week. I asked my feed store what hatchery they go through, and it is Mt. Healthy. If I decide I want more BO's, I think I will go through them!

Are you sure that Daisy is a BO? BOs normally have white legs and feet. Her's seem to be yellow in the pic. If that is the case, she would be a Buff Rock. I have both breeds and they are both wonderful birds. Oh and I think they are all pullets..although I am a little suspicious of your BR. That comb is awfully large at 5 weeks of age!

Her legs are pinkish white, the flash made them look yellow. I ran in and checked after looking at that pic!

LOL! Just ran down stairs to chack mine too! Yup, a BO!
