5 White Leghorn pullets all around same age, only one is laying eggs, why?

I have 5 white leghorn pullets that are all around the same age, we've been getting 1 egg a day I think only one hen is laying. Does that make sense? Will the others lay eggs soon too??

Yes, 3 days ago. Thanks, I wasn't sure if everything was ok with them. I guess the key to raising chickens is patience, patience, patience (in all aspects)
 
Welcome to BYC! Some chickens develop a little faster than others. The three day gap is nothing to fret about. 4 of my hens began laying in the same week, one decided that she needed one extra before starting. If a few weeks go by and none of the birds lay, then it may be something to look into.

If they are new layers it can take them some time to work out the kinks. I'm sure they will all be laying before you know it!
