5 wk old RIRs, bloody poop, lethargy. HELP!

Three of my RIRs seem to be ill. Our smallest one, Tiny, is the worst off. Our roo is also not well, and we have another who is suspect.

I first noticed blood in the brooder this morning. Came home from work and turned the chicks out to "play" in the back yard. One barely moved, the roo (Grumpy) moved a little more, and a third chick, who hasn't been named yet, is also lethargic but hasn't pooped blood. Both Grumpy and Tiny have. Grumpy's poo is still "solid"-ish, Tiny's was "projectile liqui-poo" Tiny's breathing is also very labored.

Any ideas or thoughts?

I recently had a similar issue; check on this site for Coccidosis (or Cocci). That may be your issue. Also could be worms. In the threads you'll find, they talk about treatment, as well. BEST of luck!

Sounds like Cocci. As suggested, do a search for cocci. Here is one thread that gives the dosage info for treatment: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=52174
