My 5 week old Silkie shows signs of Wry Neck at (March 26)3 weeks old. I began treating him with a pea sized amount goats paste 3-4 times day along with 400 IU of Vit E, 50 mcg of Vit B-12, and a Super B Complex tab, mixed in Egg Whites mixed with Food and a little water to make it mushy.
He refuses to eat scrambled eggs.
He was acting completely back to normal by April 1.
Then Yesterday April 9, he has been showing signs of Wry Neck again.
I have still been giving the goats paste and all Vitamins. The only one that has been hard to still give him is the Vit E, no matter how I mix it he won’t take it. Guess he can taste and doesn’t like it. I am not sure.
I will attach photos of him this morning. It was hard to get some good photos. He not being cooperative today.
Anyone have any advice on why he is showing signs for a second time?
Poop is normal. He is in with another chick who is fine. No environmental changes.

Wry neck in chicks can be hereditary or caused by vitamin E or thiamine deficiency, as well as head injuries. What is in the goats paste? You can empty a vitamin E soft gel and give it orally. 1/4 tablet daily is enough of B complex, and that can be given orally or crushed into a spoonful of water given orally. B12 is not necessary if giving B compex.

I have attached a picture of the goats paste. I got it from Tractor Supply. I have been giving him 400 IU of Vit E daily along with Vit B12 and a B complex.
I wonder if there is something else I can do that works better?

Vitamin E 400 IU and thiamine from the vitamin B complex is how it is treated, which is what you are doing. You can also give a small amount of scrambled egg daily for selenium, which helps uptake of vitamin E. Not much is needed, just a little. It can take some time for wry neck signs to go away. I would treat for at least a couple of weeks.
