There are a few links with research done on Sexlink Extreme Dilution B^Sed

Based on this I think B^sd or (B^Esd, i.e. OB), are both possible barring types the 55 Flowery has, but, OB seems more likely. I think it would be cool to make some 55 Flowery mixes, if the backcross(F1B) males turn out white(like a 55 flowery) than OB barring is the more likely type of barring, if the F1B males are far less white than a 55 flowery rooster than they are possibly the B^sd and some unknown component has been removed/lost through the cross breeding.

(The 55 Flowery roo has a smidge of red flecks, but they are practically white, with age roosters become more white after each molt, hens do as well).

I want to know why the chicks aren't consistent down colors. Just different breeding lines maybe?
Examples, pictures from websites selling 55 Flowery chicks:

Also why do you think the females have muted colors, why don't they look more like the light brown(e+) leghorn chicks?

What does this do/look like? Never came across this with my Barring research.
White leghorns are known to carry OB barring. However you wouldn't be able SEE if specific white leghorn has OB barring because they are Dominant White. It's not common. To see the OB trait you would need to do knowledgeable breeding, it could be extensive and take many years. The 55 Flowery Hen MIGHT have OB barring. Homozygous OB barring causes white OR mostly white males, females would still have color as they can only be hemizygous. Because the barring allele is carried on the Z sex chromosome. I.e. (Z/Z), (OB/OB)< male), (Z/W), (OB/-)< female).
