Recreating the 55 flowery chicken coloration

Are you sure that’s a 55 flowery leghorn x bresse cross? Looks like he has a pea comb, which shouldn’t be possible with those parents.

Yes you have right. My Bresse are crossed with nativ chicken. Have peacomb. Rooster and hen are bouth E e+/Ss/Mo mo/B^SD b/I^? i

I've been hatching out all summer and had some bad luck with my new outdoor brooder and lost 2 promising chicks. I only have 1 male that appears to meet the requirements.

I was moving around some birds from my brooder into a grow out pen and realized I had one more female that looks like it might have wild type and barring. Does it look like she also got the mottling gene? Ignore the bald neck, she just got picked at by some of the older chicks and is still growing in new feathers...
