What a pretty lady.
how do the barnyard mix chickens sell?? i was thinking of hatching some to sell but i dont know how they would sell compared to pure breedsBantumbury, my little buff chick has a buff orp momma & an EE daddy. Puffiest cheeks ever!
I actually get calls for birds year round. I try to keep several age groups available to choose from.
do you sell them straight run at hatch? and how do u advertise? craigslist?Mine are all covered by blue & green egg roos so I sell them as EE/OE. They actually sell pretty well. I get $3 each at hatch & raise prices a little at a time as they grow. A 10 wk old pullet goes for about $8-10.
