6-7 week old chick having a bit of trouble walking?

Hello,
I have a young chick that is sort of having trouble walking (tripping on her own feet)
Yesterday she was normal and jumping up for her treats. Today she didn't jump up for them but still ate them if i lowered them.
I have been feeding them mealworms as treats since Monday - could this be why?
Does anybody have an idea on what this could be?

Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Does it seem that she has paralysis in either leg or wing? Can you start some poultry vitamins including the B vitamins, and make sure that she is eating and drinking normally? Is she on a chicken starter grower?

She is eating and drinking normally, and idk about the vitamins - I'll have to ask my parents xD
No, I don't think it seems like she has paralysis in a leg/wing; it's more as if she forgot how to walk/is drunk. I did have a quail that contracted Marek's, though. I gave her some St. John's Wort and Turmeric and she is perfectly healthy today. I have also been seeing some reddish-orangish poop before, and they are on sulmet right now. what could this be?
