6 Eggs- No pip day 21, all others hatched

8 of my chicks pipped 2 nights ago and all hatched yesterday. (day 20-21) The rest of my eggs haven’t wiggled, chirped, or pipped. One of them is underdeveloped but I left it in there just in case since it doesn’t smell. All of my chicks that hatched all hatched at the same time, so is this normal?

I would let them go for another couple of days. Some take longer.
