6 hens one layer

Hello I have 6 hens born may 20th, only one is laying every morning, another has been squatting for the last 2 weeks still waiting no egg yet, As for the other 4 ladies they seem to still be growing combs? Is this normal for a flock of 6

Quite normal. Different breeds and birds within breeds mature at different rates. They are still growing up.
